ASSEMBLY
Before mounting the tools in the machine:
Please check that all the locking screws are fixed;
Verify that the turns number indicated on the machine don't exceed that
one indicated on the tools;
Assembly the tools onto the machine using only surfaced rings;
When the connecting hole-spindle is not correct, don't assembly the tool;
An efficient tool means : periodical tool's cleanliness and checking of
constant-ratio knives wear.
VIBRATIONS
those can be caused:
by the off-centered spindle rotation (requested tolerance 0,01 mm.);
by an over cutting speed;
the tool blocked not correctly onto the spindle;
insufficient outlet of the wooden chips due to a bad dust suction.
ABNORMAL KNIVES WEARING
Caused by:
over cutting speed;
reduced cutting depth;
insufficient feed speed.
INSERTS' REPLACEMENT
Before changing the knives, carry out a cleaning operation of all the
screws' holes. Before mounting the new knives, verify that the knives
seats are clean. All the knives have to be replaced using our set-screw
wrench equipment.
